Working for a women’s high end fashion boutique you will be responsible for developing the brand’s customer communications strategy and marketing plan for all routes to markets.
What the role requires:
- Creating and initiating marketing opportunities to build brand awareness revenue
- Adapt the strategic plan throughout the year in response to new opportunities and challenges
- Consider new opportunities to run targeted cross channel campaigns across email, social & Google Ads
- Keep up-to-date with all marketing and industry trends to ensure the company utilises all relevant marketing techniques, methods and media
- Reporting on performance of new initiatives, monthly KPIs and other customer marketing activity
- Scheduling campaigns and the creation of newsletters and all email communications
- Work with design team to optimise email templates for mobile, tablet and desk
- Work with other internal teams to ensure a consistent customer message cross-channel
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts as appropriate
- Working on photo shoots for websites and brochure
- Managing the production of all marketing materials
- Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of all marketing communications
Experience and personal characteristics:
- Ability and flair to work creatively with the team on the brand marketing strategy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in high volume print
- Excellent written skills and confident presenter
- Skilled Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint user with demonstrable understanding of websites, CRM and Social Media management and google analytics
